6th ULRP Team teleconference

During the 6th UCLA -LANL teleconferences we discussed plans for the LANL-THEMIS intercalibration.
We outlined the roadmap for future work which includes:
1) Cleaning THEMIS data.
2) Infering THEMIS, LANL GEO, and GPS face space density.
3) Performing reanalysys.
